Income Generating Activities
In December, children and staff at Victory Child Care Project’s Children’s Home in Uganda were visited by Dorris who came to train the older children and staff in different income generating activities. They were taught about mushroom farming, mushroom samosa making, liquid soap making, yoghurt making and making books for school.
All who attended benefitted from the training and the children and staff will be making books for school next year, and will also make liquid soap. This will reduce the expenditure at the project.
